Tap its are screws that come with a plastic plug pre-applied.

Tapits allow the carpet or floor fitter to drill a hole of the same diameter as the plug through the piece to be fixed into the floor and hammer the screw & plug combination through the hole. Installation using tap-its is quick and easy, with the screw remaining removable by screwdriver. 

Used to fix door bars and gripper into concrete floors.
